We're going to split this article into two, since our cute socks actually take two different journeys . Depending on the recipient , the journey of our feminine foot accessories is not quite the same.
We remind you that the production of our socks is intended to be as local as possible. Less than 500 km separate the place where they are imagined and stored, Lyon , from the place where they are produced, in the north of Italy .

▶ First part: if the order is placed by an individual
In this specific case, the socks, after passing the quality control and packaging, are sent to our offices . It is the factory that is responsible for shipping them to us in smaller quantities . Luckily, socks are light products. The boxes are therefore not too heavy, and our backs are more than happy ! 💁♀️
After a storage phase, it is our little hands that come to pick from our small stock to carefully pack your orders. A hand-written note always accompanies your socks. It is our little gesture to thank you for supporting us with your orders !
Once the envelope is well sealed, we go to the post office, on foot and we leave your socks in the hands of the postmen. About 2 days later (if all goes well), your envelope is in your mailbox and your new socks on your feet !
▶ Second part: if the order is placed through a store
Same starting point: our Italian factory carefully packages the socks, in larger quantities this time. They are then shipped to our logistician . A logistics specialist who is responsible for keeping the majority of our stock nice and warm .
Here again, Violette wanted the watchword to be " local ". Our logistician is therefore located a few kilometers from the city of Lyon. When a store wants to sell our socks, it places an order with Violette. Of course, the number of socks is much larger, since the stores have to build up their own stock.
Violette and the logistician are then in constant contact and the orders from the stores are transmitted to our logistics specialist. They then take care of shipping them to the stores .
There you have it! The mystery is now lifted as to the route our favorite socks travel when an order is placed.
