Your orders are carefully prepared by our logistician near Lyon , and shipped within 24 working hours , depending on the delivery method selected. For any order placed before 1 p.m., it will be shipped the same day .

Delivery times are given as an indication and correspond to the average processing times observed by carriers. They may vary in the event of high order periods. Thank you for your understanding!

Delivery in Metropolitan France

Delivery costs for Metropolitan France are €4.90. They are FREE for purchases over €55.

We offer express delivery in 24 hours with Chronopost for €15. Please note that Chronopost does not deliver on Saturdays: working days are Monday to Friday for this service.

Delivery in Europe and internationally

The delivery areas are indicated in the table below. If a country does not appear in the list, it means that we do not deliver to this destination.

Regarding orders abroad, Any additional customs or import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer .

Returns conditions and process:

Conditions for returns

We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date . Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The conditions to be met are as follows:

- Socks must not have been worn

- Their rider (cardboard label) must always be sewn on both socks

- Socks must be returned in their original packaging
