Les basiques du Printemps d'Atelier St Eustache

The basics of Spring from Atelier St Eustache

Posted by Atelier St Eustache on

Spring has finally arrived a few weeks ago! It's time to get out our best outfits of the season and say goodbye to our big winter coats. Just for you, we've created a little list of our spring basics!

THE TRENCH

Although temperatures tend to soften , it can still be a little chilly in April , and above all, rain can also be part of it . To cope with the weather, with style, we're betting everything on the trench coat , a timeless wardrobe staple that we see everywhere as soon as winter slips by on tiptoes.

Popularized by Burberry , the trench coat also owes its success to Hollywood, becoming a symbol of feminine elegance (worn by Audrey Hepburn and Marlene Dietrich ). The trench coat has been massively revisited by big names in fashion such as Martin Margiela and Jean-Paul Gaultier , affirming its status as an iconic piece .

BLUE JEAN

With its different cuts and color tones , jeans are a classic that never ceases to reinvent themselves. Sometimes slim or skinny , sometimes boyfriend or mom , everyone finds what they are looking for. In addition, it is a garment that will match your entire wardrobe and your clothing style. Whether you are more rock , chic or streetwear , you will easily find jeans that suit your desires .

Also comfortable, at St Eustache we have adopted it for many of our shootings, and that's good because many socks go perfectly with pretty blue jeans like our Fucino Pink , Alpes Botella or even our Santa Monica Blue , there again you are spoiled for choice!

THE WHITE T-SHIRT

A sure bet, you definitely have at least one white t-shirt in your wardrobe. Practical and comfortable to wear, it goes with all your outfits and will enhance the power of your other pieces . The hardest thing is certainly finding the perfect, quality white t-shirt that won't turn gray after the first wash.

We therefore advise you to invest in a cotton t-shirt that is not too transparent to have the perfect white t-shirt ! It is then up to you to associate it with your most beautiful outfits ( and your most beautiful socks ) for an offbeat or more sober look like Jane Birkin .

THE BLOUSE

Less strict than the usual shirt, the blouse brings a light and fresh side to our outfits. An abundance of cuts, shapes, patterns, colors and materials are available to us to choose which blouse will suit us best. With jeans or pleated pants , a skirt or shorts ; matched with sneakers or pumps ... there is no wrong step!

Opt for a silk blouse for a chic look, a white blouse with lace details for a preppy look, or a floral blouse with wide sleeves for a more bohemian look. In any case, let your fashion creativity live!

THE FLUID PANTS

To change from jeans and other black pants , loose pants are a good investment . Comfortable to wear and light , these are the ideal pants for spring. Several cuts exist: carrot, flare, paperbag ... but always in width! The most comfortable to wear remain linen pants with their very bohemian side.

Whether at work, in town or on vacation, these flowing pants can be worn anywhere and, depending on your favorite colors, you could even match them with one of our pairs of socks ;)

And you, what are your basics for spring?
