Spring is just around the corner and with it its share of trends! It's time to tidy up our closets and match our outfits to our cool Spring socks. To help you out, here's a short list of the season's trends.
THE MOCCASIN
We've been spotting them on the catwalks for several seasons now, but also on many influencers on Instagram , loafers are making a comeback this year. From Prada to Chanel to Gucci , you've definitely seen the combo of light blue boyfriend jeans , black blazer , white top and black loafers on social media. A classic look that still has an effect.
At St Eustache , we also love this trend. In fact, our model Suzanne very often wears loafers with some of our sock models for our photo shoots. Our favorite loafer-sock combinations? Opt for a pair of Crescent Dunes Black or Shinjuku Black .
THE BLAZER
Timeless, the blazer is still present this season with different cuts , patterns and colors . On the skin at Versace and Saint Laurent ; oversized at Balenciaga or in leather at the Matrix , the blazer continues to reinvent itself. An iconic garment, it is even one of the basics chosen by Kendall Jenner .
We also love mixing blazers with different outfits, creating a chic and boyish look. During our last shoot for the spring-summer 2022 collection, we used several blazers, including a pretty green one found in a thrift store for a few euros .
THE MINI-SKIRT
Although at Atelier St Eustache we are rather fans of long skirts with a romantic spirit, the current trend is the mini-skirt and we must say that we rather like it. If you are a true fashionista , you could not escape the craze created for the new mini-skirt signed Miu Miu .
Launched by Courrèges in the 60s , having the effect of a bomb, the mini-skirt is reborn from its ashes this year. Pleated, in denim or leather, matched with a top or a blazer, there are multiple ways to style it in your own way.
THE GLITTERS
This one made us smile. Glitter is once again present in the fashion shows ! And it is well accompanied since transparency is also in place, so much so that we are really in the know with our socks. Thus, whether at Ami or Burberry , shine and transparency combine to bring a chic and offbeat side.
If you like the trend, we suggest you transpose it to your feet by adopting one or more of our pairs of socks. To stay in the Spring theme, there's nothing like falling for a pair of Shibuya Carame l , Kansas Pivot Blue or Douro Champagne .
THE MONOCHROME
Simple and effective, monochrome is a sure bet. It is also the monochrome of white that is popular this season, bringing freshness and class . With rather oversized cuts as seen at Alexander McQueen , sportswear trend at Hermès or more chic at Fendi , the trend is clearly validated.
And to perfect your look right down to your feet , we recommend opting for a pair of Ginza White, Shinjuku White or even Nakameguro White to completely blend into this trend .
